Age Verification
It is a violation of state (and federal law) for cigarettes, other tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, or vapor products to be sold or otherwise provided to any person under the age of eighteen or for such person to purchase, attempt to purchase or possess cigarettes, other tobacco products, alternative nicotine products or vapor products.
An individual customer who places an order through the Internet must be the same individual who picks up or accepts delivery of the order. Customers must confirm they are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. A valid identification must be presented at the time of pickup or delivery of the order. DIRT CHEAP will check photo identification for everyone under age 27 who attempts to purchase cigarettes. Failure to present satisfactory evidence of legal age to purchase tobacco products will result in the cancellation of the subject order. Sales will not be completed to individuals under the age of eighteen under any circumstances.
Pickup/Delivery
Deliveries will only be made within the designated delivery radius of DIRT CHEAP, which is subject to change at any time. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in an order, DIRT CHEAP makes no representation regarding timeliness of deliveries. DIRT CHEAP will designate the pickup location of orders designated for pickup, which is subject to change at any time. All pickup locations and deliveries must occur within the State of Missouri.
Security
All personal information is transmitted by using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Personal customer information is encrypted and stored in a protected server. DIRT CHEAP will only use customer credit card details in order to process customer orders. Customer credit card details are not stored for future purchases. DIRT CHEAP never gives out any information about its customers and their orders.
In order to achieve high standards, which correspond with DIRT CHEAP security policy, all customer information is transmitted using the most secure encryption protocol available (128 bit SSL) in the market. In order to protect customers, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards (AMEX – front right hand side of the credit card). The card ID protects customers from online fraud by verifying that each customer is in possession of the card such customer is attempting to use.

Personal Use
All products sold on DIRT CHEAP are sold for personal use only and not for resale. State and location taxes are remitted based on business conducted for Dirt Cheap located at 13898 Highway 67 North, West Alton, MO 63386.
Order Packaging
The packaging of the product could be different from the packaging shown on the website. Please take into account that due to the location where the product is manufactured, packaging can change periodically and according to local laws.
Order Cancellation
DIRT CHEAP reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to furnish satisfactory verification of age, deliveries designated outside its delivery radius or orders that are not promptly picked up from a designated pickup location. A customer may cancel an order by contacting the DIRT CHEAP customer service department at info@wallisco.com. Please note an order cannot be cancelled once the payment for that order has been processed.
Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to the point of pickup or delivery. Any order that is picked up or delivered cannot be returned.
